Shipping is free on every Windury order, worldwide, with no minimum.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (business days). You receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a tracking link as soon as your winder ships.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary with destination and carrier conditions.

Tracking

Every order is fully tracked. Your tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Packaging

Every order ships in plain, secure, unbranded packaging — discreet and well protected.

Customs & duties

For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.
