Refund policy
We want you to love your Windury winder. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. The winder must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories included. Returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label and there is no restocking fee.
To start a return, email contact@windury.com with your order number and we will send your prepaid label and simple instructions.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and is inspected, we approve your refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days of your return arriving with us; depending on your bank it can take a little longer to appear on your statement. Because shipping is free, the full amount you paid is refunded.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, email contact@windury.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund straight away.
